I had a fantastic 3-day weekend at The Study. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of New Haven and close to Yale, perfect for exploring. My room was cozy with a beautiful view, and the staff, especially Noah at the front desk, were completely awesome and super helpful. However, I did notice some service inconsistencies during my stay, with other staff seeming a bit cold at times, which was a letdown.
